Langston completed work on a 92,000 SF five story office building in Seneca, SC using a pre-stressed concrete structural system. Work included:
- Coordination of utility services to the site
- Site Preparation – soil nails and micropiles
- Building shell, structural, finishes and MEP
- Heavy grading with soil nail support wall
- Micro-pile supported building foundation
- Heavy concrete building foundation/retaining walls
- Compressed air system on valve maintenance floors
- Low voltage lighting control
- PA and Site notification systems with integrated speaker systems in auditorium
