Industrial Construction

This manufacturing facility was a turn key design build project with a total of 160,000 square feet for manufacturing, an additional 20,000 square feet with a steel mezzanine with concrete floor. The manufacturing building is pre-engineered with two five ton top running bridge cranes. There is an additional 11,000 square feet of office area faced with split face block. The interior finishes consist of gypsum walls, acoustical ceilings and vct flooring. Site work included grading, approximately 1500 lineal feet of new sewer line, fire protection, heavy and light duty asphalt paving.
