Commercial Construction

This turn key design build project is a two story mixed occupancy facility with a total of 5,086 square feet. The lower floor is occupied by the Pharmacy with the upper floor being a lease area. The project included extensive grading of the site, asphalt paved and curbed parking area, and poured concrete retaining walls, steel mezzanine, conventional framing and brick veneer exterior. The interior finishes consisted of gypsum walls, acoustical ceiling, vct flooring and typical pharmacy cabinetry.
